excellent stay near santa croce
superior king friendly staff perfect location
I received a complimentary upgrade to a superior king room. It had a great view. the staff was helpful and very friendly. the location is perfect. It is close to the christmas market in the square.

central stay with a spacious room
central location spacious room comfortable bed responsive staff
the location was central , allowing easy access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the spaciousness of the room , which was larger than expected. the bed offered good comfort for a restful sleep. the staff demonstrated helpfulness and quick response to my needs.
sound from the street was slightly audible , especially later at night , though it did not greatly disrupt my sleep.

the beautiful king room featured a seating area with two armchairs and a small table. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. the climate control system was easy to adjust.
